If you have flu-like symptoms,

please DO NOT come to the surgery.

Please remain at home.  You can check your symptoms via NHS 111. Just dial 111.

Thank you for your cooperation as we need to try and avoid passing on the flu at the surgery.  We need to keep well so that we can meet the needs of those with flu, as well as looking after the rest of our patients, many of whose problems and needs are more serious than those currently associated with flu.

Be scrupulous with personal hygiene – i.e. good hand washing and use of tissues to avoid spreading germs.

 EXTENDED HOURS SERVICE

The Practice provides an Extended Hours Service.

On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, there are late evening appointments available. These are routine pre-bookable appointments for patients who find it difficult to get to the Surgery during our normal working hours. There will normally be 12 appointments each evening provided by 3 of the Partners.

Please contact the Surgery as normal to book these appointments.

Please note that after 6.30 pm the Surgery will not be able to deal with urgent new cases.  From 6.30 these will continue to be handled by NHS 111 Out-of-hours service. The telephone number for this services is 111. There will also be additional late evening appointments available on the Tuesdays after Monday bank holidays.

If you have any questions on this service, please contact the Surgery.
