Surrey Primary Care Trust is responsible for primary care services outside surgery hours. THAMESDOC provides the out-of-hours service on behalf of the PCT. It may be possible to deal with your problem over the telephone, or you will be visited by the doctor, or you may be invited to attend a Primary Care Centre, either at Farnham Hospital, or elsewhere in the area.
